Post Office Box Customers:
UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via USPS ground regardless of the requested shipping option.
Tracking Numbers:
After the dispatch of the Shipment through UPS, the customer shall be communicated by email an Internet tracking number, which can be tracked through www.ups.com. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.
Wrong Addresses:
Wrong address given by the customer will be charged to the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees and will be charged to the customer in question.
International Order:
International customers bear import duty, custom duty, VAT charges, brokerage charges.
Saxon GIfts is not responsible for any custom charges, duty, broker fees or any other fee or charge paid to a foreign country or associated with importing a product(s) to a foreign country. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping, fees, taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country. Customers outside of the USA should check their country's regulations related to receiving items from the USA PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER
