Shipping, Handling and Sale Information
We strive to pack and ship all orders in 1-3 business days, provided the item(s) are in-stock. If you need something sooner, give us a call toll free at 1-877-807-1091 and we'll be glad to help you.
Saxon Gifts ships all our domestic orders using UPS Ground. This allows our customers to track their order from our door to theirs. We do not ship outside of the USA.
Sales are not completed and accepted until payment is received, processed and shipped.
About UPS Expedited services (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day Select): We provide these services but can NOT guarantee shipment on the same day for order items. We do make every attempt where possible, to provide the requested service and ship the product on the same day as the order is placed. Cut-off time for orders placed same day is currently 12 PM. Orders placed after this time will most likely not ship until following day. Keep in mind that when counting the days for delivery, the count starts the following day. Expedited services do not include weekend deliveries! Only UPS Next Day - Saturday Deliver will do this - You must call to order any item you wish delivered on Saturday and additional costs are charged by UPS. We do NOT offer Saturday delivery as an online shipping choice.

Post Office Box Customers: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via USPS ground regardless of the requested shipping option.
Tracking Numbers: After the dispatch of the Shipment through UPS, the customer shall be communicated by email an Internet tracking number, which can be tracked through www.ups.com. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.
Wrong Addresses: Wrong address given by the customer will be charged to the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees and will be charged to the customer in question.
